Meet the Board

President – Joanne Sweeney

The president is elected to a two year term. The president acts as the chief executive officer of the board. She presides over meetings and has general control of business and affairs of the board.

President-Elect – Rachael Cracknell
North Suffolk Mental Health Harbor Area Early Intervention

The president-elect is elected to a two year term following which she will become the president. The president-elect assists the president with all duties and responsibilities and takes the place of the president should she become unavailable.

President-Emeritus – Robin Jones
People Incorporated Early Intervention

The president emeritus is the person who has been president immediately preceding the current president. He assists with the duties of the presidency to ensure a smooth transition after election of the new president.

Treasurer – Alex Chatfield

The treasurer is elected to a two year term by the board of directors. He acts as the chief financial officer of the board, maintaining records of receipts and disbursements of the organization and providing statements of the financial condition of the Consortium as requested.

Secretary and Social Media – Anne Dolan

The secretary is elected to a two year term by the board of directors. She maintains a true and accurate record of the meeting minutes and distributes such records to the members of the board for review. In addition, in her role as social media coordinator, Anne provides necessary updates to the early intervention community related to important issues/events.

The membership coordinator maintains records related to the election cycles for board members and is the primary contact person for those who are interested in becoming board members.

ICC liaison- Robin Jones

The ICC liaison represents the Consortium at the Inter-agency Coordinating Counsel meetings and provides regular updates to the board regarding ICC meetings and ICC committees.

Conference Liaison – Rhonda Meisel
First Early Intervention

The conference liaison participates in planning of the annual Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium conference. She provides regular updates to the board in addition to seeking board approval for conference related issues.

Website and Special Events – Pamela Wolfe

The website coordinator develops and maintains content on the Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium website.  Pamela also plans special events for the board and larger Consortium community.

The Consortium is organized into six regional groups across Massachusetts. Each group is chaired by a Regional Chairperson, elected by the regional membership. Each Regional Chairperson is seated, with a vote, on the governing Board of Directors.
